Minimum visit
A 2-hour minimum applies to most scheduled services.
Package use
Package hours are prepaid, non-transferable and valid for 30 days from the first visit.
Scheduling
Service availability depends on caregiver scheduling and the approved care plan.
Mileage
Transportation mileage and parking fees are additional and confirmed before service begins.
Holidays
Evening, overnight, weekend and statutory holiday premiums may apply.
Assessment
Final pricing is confirmed after a complimentary consultation and review of care needs.
Cancellations
At least 24 hours' notice is requested to avoid a cancellation charge.
Taxes
Applicable taxes, if required, will be shown clearly on your service agreement and invoice.
